Your first visit is ₹200. That covers a complete oral exam and a written treatment plan you take home. Add ₹300 if you need an X-ray, or apply the ₹200 toward your treatment if you decide to start the same day.
They're honest starting points for straight-forward cases. Your final quote is written on your treatment plan before you consent to anything. Complex cases (e.g., a multi-canal molar RCT) cost more — and we tell you before we start, never after.

Yes — most corporate group plans that include dental (TCS, Infosys, Zoho, Chennai IT majors) work with us. Bring your policy number and we'll check before your visit.
Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, and NEFT/RTGS bank transfer. We don't charge card surcharges.
Plan for 30 minutes. The oral exam takes 15–20 min, and we spend another 10 min explaining the treatment plan and answering questions. If you also want a cleaning, that adds 30 min.
Just yourself. If you have insurance, bring the card or a photo of it. If you've had recent X-rays or dental work elsewhere, bringing those records saves time.
Yes — Dr Priya personally sees every new patient. If you specifically want to see Dr Arjun (kids) or Dr Kavya (orthodontics), mention it when booking.

No — the first visit is diagnostic. You walk out with a written treatment plan and take as long as you need to decide. Nothing is done under pressure.
By age 3 — earlier if you spot any spots on their teeth. First visits at Dentora are gentle: a chair ride, count-the-teeth game, and a reward at the end. If treatment is needed, we schedule it for the next visit so the first stays positive.
Yes. Dr Arjun uses a slow-introduction protocol: first visit is just tour-and-talk, second visit is a "count teeth" ride in the chair, third visit is the actual treatment if needed. It takes longer overall but builds a child who isn't afraid of dentists at 25.

Yes. Milk teeth hold space for adult teeth, and cavities in milk teeth can infect the adult tooth underneath. Preventive care (fluoride varnish, sealants) is way cheaper than a root canal on a 6-year-old.
Yes — a dedicated kids' corner with toys, colouring books, and a small TV for cartoons. It's away from the main waiting area so anxious kids aren't watching adults in dental chairs.
No — modern rotary instruments and effective anaesthesia make root canals painless. Patients often describe it as feeling exactly like a filling. Most single-tooth RCTs are done in one visit of 45–90 minutes.
Almost always root canal. A saved natural tooth beats any replacement. Only extract when the tooth is unrestorable (deep decay past the crown, severe fracture below the gumline, or extensive bone loss).

20+ years with good oral hygiene and regular checkups. The implant itself is titanium and behaves like a natural tooth root; the crown on top may need replacement after 15 years.
Yes — professional whitening is safe for most adults. It can cause temporary sensitivity (24–48 hrs). Not recommended if you have untreated cavities, gum disease, or are pregnant — we screen for this before the treatment.
We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for anxious adults. IV sedation for major surgical cases is done at our tie-up hospital in Ayanavaram (referral only) — we don't do it in the clinic.
Severe pain that painkillers aren't touching, a chipped or broken tooth, a filling that fell out, uncontrolled bleeding after an extraction, a swollen jaw or face, or a knocked-out permanent tooth. Call us — don't wait.
Call us anyway — we forward after-hours calls to Dr Priya's mobile until 11 pm. For emergencies overnight, we refer you to Apollo Hospital Greams Road or Kauvery Hospital Alwarpet, both of which have 24-hour dental cover.
If the tooth is intact: pick it up by the crown (not the root), rinse with milk (not water), put it back in the socket if you can, or store it in milk or saliva. Get to us within 30 minutes for the best chance of re-implantation. Call us on the way.
